MummyFIT Pre and Post Natal Exercise Guidelines.

We have created the following exercise guidelines to provide you with additional guidance and advice at every step of your pre and post natal fitness journey.  Please read each of these guides which is relevant to your current stage of pre and post natal fitness to ensure that you exercise safely and effectively.  

At a Health Club Near You

When attending MummyFIT sessions at a Health Club near you, your MummyFIT Trainer will complete a full assessment with you including an ab check to see if there is any separation (diastasis recti) and a brief questionnaire to check for other pre and post natal conditions and then your workouts will be adapted accordingly to ensure that every one of your MummyFIT workouts is safe and effective.

MummyFIT ‘At Home’ On Demand Workouts

When working out with us at home, your profile will only allow you access to videos that are suitable for you.  Make sure you watch and read the introduction and guides to each of the 4 workout levels to make sure your chosen workout level is right for you.
