MummyFIT Post Natal - GYM & Online
A 6 week course of gentle safe, progressive and effective exercises designed to strengthen your core and pelvic floor muscles following childbirth and to improve any diastasis recti (ab separation) with low level intensity cardiovascular and resistance training in preparation for MummyFIT. MummyFIT Post Natal 6 week course is suitable following post natal check and doctors sign off and when you feel ready to start some gentle exercise.
